Recipe Replication
We specialize in bringing sweets back to life from different cultures and different eras. Whether it be a classic American dessert from the 20's for a magazine shoot, tv show, or delicate Moroccan pastries for a wedding, we will do the research, compile the recipes and bake it to your meet your needs.
Fundraising Program
Ivy Bakery will soon be launching a fundraising program for all schools and non-profit organizations who would like to raise money and awareness using our sweets. Students can sell cookies and brownies to friends and family and non-profits can have custom designed sweets to further promote their cause while raising needed funding.
Special Diets
Although we do not have dedicated facilities for specific dietary restrictions, we do accomodate those that are not severely allergic and would like to order custom baked sweets that cater to their diets. We make sure to thoroughly clean equipment and tools before starting a special diet order. Please specify your needs before placing your order. Diets include but are not limited to Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Egg-Free, Sugar-Free, Fat-Free, Fruit & Vegetable Allergies/Intolerances.
Wholesale | Private Label
We are always looking to expand our products into local restaurants, cafes, markets, and possibly private label as well. Please be aware that everything we make is homemade from scratch in small batches with no usage of preservatives, chemicals, or fillers. Our prices will be higher than a large commercial bakery, but you will be offering your customers the best in homemade sweets made from real ingredients.
Space Rental
Ivy Bakery was built to be a beautiful, rustic, and cozy space. We offer its use for all types of special functions and events. We have catered to Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Baking/Decorating Classes, Meetups, Corporate Meetings, and Dinner Parties. Contact us with your ideas and we will try our best to accomodate you. You may rent just the space itself or add on a savory food or dessert package.
Internships | Summer Program
We take interns all year around however we focus it mainly during our summer program in which we give students hands on experience in running a bakery from front to back. We prefer those that need school credit however we can work with those that are just interested in food experience. Our programs are non-paid.
Custom Design
You can request a custom design for almost anything on our menu, whether that be adding extra chocolate chips or a raspberry filling or drawing a superhero on top, we will try our best to accomodate you. Please always give advance notice when making a custom order. For corporate logo designs, please e-mail us your logo at least a week in advance to get pricing, earlier if you need special packaging as well.
