I'll be heading west this weekend to teach a baking workshop at Summit Eden in Utah. What will I be teaching? Who will I be teaching? I don't know, but there will be baking! What I do know, there is a kitchen, a place for me to sleep, and a lot of snow on a mountain. 

With me away, the store will be closed Friday Jan 18th to Sunday Jan 20th. I return Monday, 6am, at JFK, oys. The shop will reopen on Tuesday the 22nd. Don't miss me too much now.

Perhaps while I'm there I can dig up some local favs. Does Utah have a popular dessert?
