Since I was a little girl I have been obsessed with herbs, spices, and cooking. There are always several varieties of herbs in my pantry. Growing up on the Island of Barbados, I inherited a Caribbean tradition of cooking from my mother and grandma.
One of my treasured recipes is a Macaroni Pie seasoned and stuffed with choice of filling. I continue to experiment with variations to this day. Soups are also my speciality and since moving to the US I've been very interested in making the most delectable burger. My dishes are pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, and raw friendly, all made with organic produce. Dairy and Gluten-Free in some cases.
